Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards and prepaid rechargeable cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express circuits. We also accept debit cards if enabled for online payments.
Can I bring my pet on board?
Pets are not allowed on board.
Can I bring food from home?
You can bring food from home to consume on board. Before consuming it, you must ask the onboard staff.
Can I wear shoes on board?
Shoes of any kind are not allowed on board; guests must remain barefoot.
I suffer from seasickness, can I still take this tour?
Dinghy tours are not recommended for people who suffer from seasickness.
Can I smoke on board?
Smoking traditional cigarettes is strictly prohibited as they produce an open flame. IQOS and electronic cigarettes are allowed.
Can I shower using body wash?
The use of any detergents is not allowed on board.
I can’t swim, can I still take the tour?
A person who cannot swim can still come on board, but it is important to inform the Captain.
Can children come on board?
Children can take part in the tour, provided that a parent is always with them and, depending on their age and swimming ability, they wear a life jacket.
Is fuel included?
Fuel is almost always included in the rental price; however, it is not included in the “Design Your Own Route” excursion, where you decide where to go and how long to stay at sea. It will be calculated based on the miles traveled.
How many people can come on board?
Up to a maximum of 12 people.
What should I bring on board?
Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a swimsuit, and a beach towel.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In case of adverse weather or sea conditions, the booking is usually rescheduled or refunded.
What are the typical excursion times?
Half-day (approximately 9:00–13:00 or 14:00–18:00) or full-day (approximately 9:00–17:00).
Which documents are required?
A valid ID card or passport is required.
What does the onboard equipment include?
By law, every dinghy must be equipped with safety gear (life jackets for all passengers, a lifebuoy, fire extinguisher, and flares, etc.), as well as an anchor and mooring lines.
How far in advance should I book?
It is advisable to book in advance, especially during the summer months (July and August).
